Sacramento Film Festival
I missed this festival because I was working on the Tarzan series and was stuck in Toronto. My friend, John Cassini, also had his feature Break A Leg accepted into this festival. His wife, Monica Mitchell, directed the film and attended the festival. She said it was very nice. She had a chance to see The Regular Guy and said that it was really well received by the audience. This is a small festival but with good word of mouth. Sacramento has a thriving Arts scene and the film was shown at the historic Crest Theater, voted as one of the best places to watch a movie in the U.S. It is a renovated Burlesque house from the 1920's.
