This festival is in Manchester, England. It is the 3rd annual festival and it is the fastest growing festival in the UK. Manchester is the 2nd largest city in the UK. Wasn't able to attend this festival because I had to work on a movie. I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to attending and was doing everything possible to get there. The festival had a great lineup of films. I am so grateful and honored that they accepted my short film. Thank you Commonwealth Film festival.
