Winner Best Actor, Winner Best Foreign Short! This festival is in Muskogee, Oklahoma and it celebrates low budget independent film making. It is billed as the world's friendliest film festival and I have to agree. There wasn't much to do in small town Muskogee (it does have great BBQ) but the people were warm and friendly and I had a great time. Met a lot of filmakers from all over the country and saw some great films. The festival directors Oscar and Shiron Ray were just great. Felt like family. Thank you for the support and recognition.
